Job summary

Vero HR Ltd in Peterborough is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator, ideal for a recent graduate taking the first step in marketing. You'll work closely with an experienced Marketing Manager across graphic design, content creation, social media, website development, email campaigns and digital marketing.

You'll produce engaging digital and print materials, support product launches, create social content, photography and video assets, and help grow our online presence through website

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Portfolio of university, freelance, personal or commercial design projects.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience creating engaging graphics for print and digital channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative, proactive and innovative mindset.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and AI tools.

As the company continues to invest in its brand, digital presence and customer engagement, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join the team based in Peterborough.

About the role:

This role would be ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to take the first step in their marketing career. Working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of marketing disciplines, from graphic design and content creation to social media, website development, email marketing and digital campaigns.

You'll be responsible for creating engaging digital and print marketing materials, supporting product launches, developing social media content, producing photography and video assets, and helping to drive the company's online growth through website improvements and SEO initiatives.

You'll also have the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance creative output and marketing performance.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Degree-level education in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing or a related discipline.
• A portfolio of university, freelance, personal or commercial design projects showcasing your creativity and technical ability.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

• Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
