Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Events Coordinator passionate about creating memorable event experiences and eager to grow in tech marketing. You will support planning and executing events across North America, including tradeshows, webinars, and community partnerships.

Responsibilities :

1. Assist in planning and executing webinars, tradeshows, conferences, and sponsorship activations
2. Coordinate event logistics including registration, travel, promotional materials, and vendor communication
3. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support
4. Manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting
5. Create client-focused webinar content and highlight new products
6. Track leads and support performance analysis for ongoing improvement

Requirements and Skills :

1. 2+ years supporting B2B marketing or events (internships count!)
2. Strong project coordination and time management skills
3. Attention to detail with a passion for delivering polished, branded experiences
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
6. Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Eventbrite, HubSpot, or similar is a plus
