Scentiment is seeking a visionary and hands-on Marketing Directo r to lead our marketing function across strategy, performance, brand, content, and team management. This role blends analytical rigor with creative thinking, overseeing everything from data-led acquisition to viral brand storytelling and new product launches. The ideal candidate is experienced in scaling modern consumer brands, driving measurable growth, launching products, and inspiring world-class creative work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full marketing strategy, balancing short-term performance goals with long-term brand growth.
  • Set and manage the marketing budget, allocating spend efficiently across channels and initiatives.
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to overall company strategy and vision.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Oversee all paid digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop, track, and optimize key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Implement full-funnel growth strategies including retargeting, email / SMS, and CRO.

3. Brand, Creative & Storytelling

  • Shape and evolve Scentiment’s brand positioning, identity, and voice.
  • Lead the development of standout creative concepts and campaigns that build emotional resonance and cultural relevance.
  • Ensure brand consistency and excellence across digital, packaging, and physical experiences.

4. Influencer & Creator Marketing

  • Build and scale Scentiment’s influencer marketing strategy across nano, micro, and macro creators.
  • Identify high-impact brand ambassadors and partnerships that align with our ethos and values.
  • Oversee campaign execution, gifting programs, and performance tracking to maximize ROI and brand affinity.

5. Viral & Cultural Campaigns

  • Concept, launch, and amplify viral brand moments across social platforms and digital culture.
  • Stay ahead of trends, memes, and cultural movements to keep Scentiment top-of-mind and relevant.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce social-native assets designed for shareability.

6. Product Launches & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Lead the marketing strategy for new product launches — from pre-launch campaigns and positioning to launch activations and post-launch performance.
  • Partner closely with Product and Operations to build launch timelines, market entry strategies, and internal / external communications.
  • Ensure each launch is aligned with customer needs, brand vision, and performance goals.

7. Content & Brand Campaigns

  • Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns (product launches, brand storytelling, seasonal pushes).
  • Guide the content calendar and creative production roadmap across photo, video, copy, and UGC.
  • Leverage customer insights, trends, and brand analytics to inform content and campaign development.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a cross-functional marketing team (growth, content, social, design).
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and creative team culture.
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and career development opportunities.

9. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Ops to ensure aligned go-to-market execution.
  • Support product development and innovation with market insights and consumer feedback.
  • Report regularly to leadership on marketing performance, learnings, and priorities.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in performance marketing, influencer marketing, product launches , and brand development.
  • Strong creative instincts with experience developing and executing viral campaigns .
  • Skilled at analyzing data, consumer behavior, and trends to drive strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Background in DTC / e-commerce or high-growth consumer brands preferred.
  • Passion for fragrance, wellness, or emotionally resonant branding is a plus.
