Job description

At Aryze Design, we offer marketing design memberships and websites for financial advisors & wealth management firms looking to scale their practice. We’re on the lookout for a talented, creative, and strategic thinker who excels at generating innovative marketing ideas and crafting compelling copy. If you also have the eye for design to turn these concepts into polished, professional visuals, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution. All projects must be completed within given deadlines.
  • You will conceptualize and design a broad scope of digital and traditional marketing pieces including but not limited to brand ideation, logo design, business cards, presentations, social media graphics, websites, signage, newsletters, etc.
  • You will manage administration tasks as required.
  • You will create and execute marketing plans that include digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, and more.
  • You will lead and manage both the marketing and design processes, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring all projects are completed within given deadlines.
  • You will create and execute marketing strategies that encompass digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, and other channels to drive engagement and results.
  • You will conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing and design materials, including visually engaging social media graphics, email campaign assets, PDFs, web design visuals, presentations, branding elements, and other collateral to support marketing initiatives.
  • You will manage administration tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to craft compelling copy and adapt seamlessly between various marketing platforms and tools, including Buffer, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, ConvertKit, Substack, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing and designing marketing materials such as social media graphics, email campaigns, and web visuals, with a strong focus on marketing impact.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing-focused design work.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate on marketing and design projects.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with exceptional attention to detail, including alignment, spacing, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat), Figma, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Web design experience, particularly using platforms like Webflow, is a significant asset.
  • UI/UX expertise and knowledge of HTML & CSS are advantageous.
  • Use of a MAC OS System Operation.

Compensation/Benefits:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday.

Full Time (37.5 hours/week), On-Site in Regina, Saskatchewan.
