SCOPE OF POSITION

The Marketing Design Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the execution of marketing efforts throughout all Business Units. The focus includes marketing graphics, branded materials, print / media advertising, and communications.

Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations
Graphic Design & Branding
  • Coordinate and produce marketing materials across digital and print, ensuring brand standards and supporting business development.
  • Create and produce proposals, invitations, brochures, info sheets, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, emails, and slide shows.
  • Design collateral for trade shows and events, including banners, booth graphics, signage, and printed materials.
  • Enhance PowerPoint presentations with creative visuals aligned with brand style.
  • Develop templates for documents, presentations, and reports across departments.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Assist in capturing and editing photo and video content for marketing.
  • Add visual elements to video and graphic content as needed.
  • Coordinate with print vendors for high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Source and prepare branded clothing, merchandise, and gifts for internal and external use.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s brand for consistency.
  • Collaborate with teams to tailor content for regional and service-specific needs.
  • Work with HR and HSE to support internal campaigns and initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Web
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company websites.
  • Support SEO best practices.
  • Collect and report advertising metrics from digital campaigns.
  • Manage digital assets like info sheets, photos, templates, project summaries, staff bios, logos, etc.
Education & Skills
  • Post-secondary degree / diploma in marketing, communications, or graphic design preferred but not required.
  • Graphic design training and / or experience required.
Experience
  • Previous graphic design experience is essential.
  • At least 2 years of related marketing experience.
  • Social media management experience is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint.
  • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere) are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of paid campaigns like Google Ads is beneficial.
  • Website management experience (Concrete5) is an asset.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable seeking input from various stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in team environments, both in-person and virtually.
