Job description

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will develop and maintain regular presentation of reports, analysis and communication of key performance drivers and metrics for the Partner Marketing team. You will also implement technical solutions where applicable to improve processes and enhance quality and increase efficiency.

Contract Term: 18 months.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid work schedule.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Marketing Insights and Analytics.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Design and Maintain Marketing Performance Reporting Build reporting frameworks to track marketing lead gen and financial KPIs such as transaction volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).

  • Monitor Channel-Specific Metrics Report on performance across paid, earned, owned, and referral channels, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and partner expectations.

  • Data-Driven Marketing Insights Analyze campaign performance and customer behaviour using both quantitative and qualitative methods, delivering insights that inform marketing strategy and improve spend.

  • Executive-Level Reporting and Storytelling Develop and present monthly executive dashboards and strategic presentations, translating complex data into applicable narratives for senior leadership.

  • Advanced BI and Visualization Tools Use tools like SQL, Tableau and Salesforce to create dynamic dashboards and visualizations that support real-time decision-making across marketing teams.

  • Attribution and Modelling Knowledge Familiar with marketing attribution models and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing projects and improve channel investment.

  • Campaign Deep Dives and Trend Analysis Conduct proactive deep-dive analyses to uncover drivers of campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion trends.

  • Continuous Optimization and Innovation Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, introduce new KPIs, and recommend best practices to enhance marketing performance measurement.

  • Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expertise Serve as the SME for marketing analytics tools and data sources, collaborating with product marketing, partner marketing and data engineering teams to ensure data consistency and strategic alignment.

  • Strategic Planning Support Help develop annual and long-term marketing plans, aligning data insights with goals and growth targets.

  • Bachelor's degree in business/Operations/Marketing/Analytics or a related field

  • Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics reporting

  • Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL

  • Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong time management and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Experience presenting complex findings

  • Proactive and motivated, a desire to initiate own work

  • Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision
