  • Build campaign audiences and segmentation, develop SQL campaign queries, create campaign flow charts and support deployment lists.
  • Design and automate customer communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  • Develop and apply testing approaches for target groups, offers and creative, then translate results into recommendations that support a test‑and‑learn culture.
  • Build, implement and maintain predictive models to identify customer targets, next‑best‑product opportunities, multi‑product purchasers and lifetime value.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality, enable commercial marketing and sales programs, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Work with Information Services and Data Engineering to improve the flow, accessibility and use of marketing data across Amazon Redshift, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Support website analytics and tracking strategy, and help implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud data enablement.
  • Streamline and automate analytics processes, writing high‑quality code that is clear, documented and repeatable.
  • Follow privacy and customer contact standards for data use and file transfers, and document data sources, analyses and algorithms.
What you bring:
  • A post‑secondary degree in data science, marketing analytics, commerce, statistics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Approximately five years of relevant experience, including experience in marketing automation, business intelligence, customer insights or applied customer experience analytics.
  • Hands‑on experience querying complex relational databases using SQL.
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau, and working with data in a Microsoft Fabric or comparable analytics environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another campaign management platform, including audience segmentation and customer journey orchestration.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or working knowledge of GA4.
  • Proficiency with statistical tools or languages such as R or Python, including experience with techniques such as regression, decision trees, segmentation, clustering or classification.
