The Marketing & Creative Services Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives for the Belleville Senators, leveraging experience in marketing communications, graphic design, and creative photography/video. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced sports environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Advertising Execution:
Support multi-channel campaigns (social, digital, paid, and traditional media) to promote ticket sales, group experiences, premium seating, and merchandise.
Assist with season seat membership renewals and other sales-driven initiatives.
Help create and distribute marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and engaging content.
Creative & Brand Management:
Assist with photography and video production for marketing initiatives.
Assist with copywriting, including press releases and promotional content.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
Work with internal teams and vendors to develop advertising, website content, and social media materials.
Support sales presentations, sponsorship decks, and promotional graphics.
Project & Asset Coordination:
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Research industry trends and fan engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, visual communications, or a similar role.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Photography and videography experience.
Experience with Canva and various digital marketing tools.
Experience with email marketing campaigns and creating digital content.
Background in sports marketing and B2B communications is an asset.
