As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator for the Sask Enternainment Group, this position is perfect for hands-on marketers looking for a high-impact role. You’ll be heavily involved with the planning, execution, and evaluation of your campaigns. You won’t just dream, you’ll do.

Your responsibilities,

  • Manage communications channels for the Saskatchewan Rush and Saskatoon Berries.
  • Provide direction to part-time social media staff to ensure content aligns with brand and marketing strategies.
  • Provide weekly analysis on social content and communications campaigns.
  • Provide team news and updates to local media as required.
  • Act as the liaison for team operations and local media to coordinate player and staff media availabilities.
  • Coordinate player and team staff community appearances in collaboration with marketing and event staff.
  • Work closely and provide direction and feedback to team content contractors such as team photographers, videographers, and in-venue production to ensure all content captured aligns with brand.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms. If “VLOOKUP” isn’t a foreign language to you, even better.
