We are looking for an amazing Marketing Coordinator & Salesforce Admin to support our growing team and company.

The Marketing Coordinator & Salesforce Admin is an in-office position. It supports the team on developing the marketing plan, contributing to current marketing strategies, tactics coordination and execution, performance tracking, and providing improvement ideas.

This is a dynamic role; it will give you the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have been acquiring and grow based on your performance.

DETAILED ROLE OVERVIEW:

Marketing and Administrative Support

  1. Assist with marketing tasks and coordinate marketing activities.
  2. Plan and implement marketing campaigns.
  3. Write and curate content for email newsletters.
  4. Assist in the preparation of company brochures, reports, and other marketing material.
  5. Assist in company website management.
  6. Liaise with Marketing Management to develop effective strategies.
  7. Establish and maintain active communication with other team members and departments to assist with their Marketing needs.
  8. Share innovative ideas for marketing and lead generation.

Salesforce Administration

  1. All aspects of user, security and access, and license management.
  2. Configuration changes focusing on Automation and maintainability.
  3. Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
  4. Own the communication, deployment, and training related to platform changes, new features to end users and stakeholders.
  5. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  6. End user support.

Reporting & Optimizations

  1. Collect data of marketing campaigns and identify interests and concerns of target audience.
  2. Analyze marketing trends and report to management.
  3. Provide data to management upon request.
  4. Learn and update job knowledge by completing available training and online resources.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators, ensuring alignment between actions and outcomes.
  6. Assist and own Sales SOP development, coordination, and execution.
  7. Assist and execute on Sales & Marketing automation strategies.
  8. Assist with Structuring & Executing KPI monitoring automation and reporting for Sales & Marketing roles and initiatives, involving working with developers.

PREFERRED PREREQUISITES

  1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  2. Experience with Salesforce.
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  4. Experience with the following tools is an asset: Photoshop or Canva, WordPress.
