We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Marketing Coordinator on an 18-month contract with the possibility of extension .

This role is based in our Oakville office and reports to the Channel Marketing Manager.

In this role you will be at the forefront of marketing initiatives that drive our Plumbing & Mechanical US segments success. You will collaborate with a world-class team to implement marketing strategies that resonate with our key partners. Key responsibilities

Assist in the design development and detailed implementation of marketing campaigns and new product launches.

Apply specific marketing strategies and media (e.g. print digital and social) to successfully position products and services in the market.

Assist in implementing marketing strategies and programs with internal and external collaborators.

Support the Channel Marketing Manager in the development and execution of all marketing and advertising strategies.

Develop a strong collaborative relationship with sales aligning sales and marketing goals with interpersonal objectives.

Ensure a detailed understanding of end-customer needs within the served segments.

Handle key achievements in the development and updating of marketing assets while closely controlling the marketing budget.

Develop and maintain an advertising plan and media schedule establishing relationships with trade publications for additional exposure.

Build proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels ensuring a consistent voice and brand message.

Continuously evaluate and supervise campaign performance by analyzing meaningful data and crafting comprehensive reports.

Work with the graphic design team to deliver content that adheres to brand guidelines.

Coordinate with product managers to build or edit product literature and digital content.

Maintain relationships with collaborators customers partners and team members to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.

Apply our CRM system to ensure marketing campaigns target specific market segments and update the CRM database accordingly.

Prepare content for deployment in our Learning Management System (LMS).

Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow planning and execution including booth design and on-site management to ensure successful event participation and brand representation.

Job requirements

Education & Certificates

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing advertising communications or a related field.

2 to 5 years experience in B2B marketing and / or brand marketing.

Project management experience is a proven asset.

Ability to effectively balance multiple projects in a multifaceted environment.

Able to deal with complexity and uncertainty.

Proactive and diligent viewing challenges as opportunities and translating them into actionable items.

Proficient in English (verbal and written); French (verbal and written) is an asset.

Strong MS Office skills (Word Excel and PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation tools.

Willingness to occasionally travel to trade shows in the US.
