Position Title: Marketing Coordinator, Immunology

Department: Immunology Franchise Canada

Location: Toronto, ON, Remote

The Marketing Coordinator, Immunology contributes to the day-to-day operations of Sanofi Specialty Care, the Immunology Head and other members of the Immunology Franchise, as needed. The Marketing Coordinator, Immunology will also provide additional support to members of the Oncology/Rare Diseases Franchise team, on an ad hoc basis, depending on business needs.

The candidate must be a highly motivated individual who is a self-starter and able to understand the business beyond the task at hand relative to a position, department and company.

Main Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Immunology Head and Marketing team, based on workload
  • Prepare, process, and track required documents related to Franchise financial transactions (e.g., purchase orders, honoraria, invoices, grant requests)
  • Achieve advanced understanding of the financial systems (Coupa, SAP, Financial Tools) and the associated usage requirements to efficiently manage financial processes
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to any step of the financial management systems
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new team members within the franchises
  • Provide administrative support to field sales managers and sales representatives
  • Assist in planning and organizing internal and external business-related meetings, advisory boards, symposiums, conferences, program events, etc.
  • Coordinate hotel accommodations and services, meals, transportation, communications and facilities support, program functions and similar activities to support internal and external meetings
  • Assist in the preparation and shipping of promotional booths to and from meeting locations
  • Receive, store, and track inventory of all promotional items for assigned brands
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Oncology/Rare Diseases Franchise team, depending on business needs and workload
About You

Key Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/Certification or post-secondary education (preferred)
  • 5 years of successful administrative support experience (preferably within pharma)
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Supportive, self-starter with initiative
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in supporting the department, showing good judgment and understanding of internal processes and objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with skill and quality and be the central support resource for specialty care

The salary range for this position is: $50,538.00 - $72,999.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the appropriate link.
