Overview

Are you passionate about live events, digital media, and creative marketing? We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to help share our story and engage audiences. If you love music, sports, nightlife, and creating memorable experiences—and possess strong digital skills—this role is for you. Join a dynamic team focused on building excitement, filling venues, and connecting communities through entertainment.

This position offers an hourly rate of $22.00-$24.00 CAD.

This position will remain open until August 1, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Manage our online presence: Keep our website updated with the latest events and promotions.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and schedule content across platforms like Instagram and Facebook, including memes, reels, countdowns, and post-event buzz.
  • Design Visual Content: Create posters, graphics, and email templates that are visually appealing.
  • Email Campaigns: Develop engaging email marketing campaigns to increase open and click-through rates.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in brainstorming and executing creative marketing campaigns to promote events and boost ticket sales.
  • Event Support: Participate in marketing activations and capture behind-the-scenes content during events.
  • Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results.
  • Partner Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners, managing contracts and promotional materials.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in events, entertainment, or media.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent writing skills and a good eye for design.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Clipchamp, and familiarity with social media trends.
  • Highly organized, able to work under pressure, and maintain a friendly attitude.
  • Team-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Photography or videography skills.
  • Experience with paid advertising and SEO tracking.
  • A passion for concerts, festivals, nightlife, or creative culture.
  • Experience with Eloqua marketing platform.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs.
