Salary : $60,000 - $65,000

Location : Sunnycrest Mall - 900 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V7

We are seeking an energetic and innovative individual who loves planning events and building relationships. If you're flexible, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments, you might be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, organizing, and executing advertising, promotions, and events for Sunnycrest Mall
  • Designing and creating promotional materials and managing social media communities
  • Coordinating community group bookings and managing related insurance requirements
  • Maintaining the mall's brand image and establishing relationships with tenants, vendors, and customers
  • Serving as the main contact for tenant inquiries, handling administrative tasks such as accounts payable, rent collection, and tenant communications
  • Supporting tenant move-ins and move-outs, and following up on sales reports and rent invoices
  • Performing general reception duties and other miscellaneous tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in event planning and social media management
  • At least 2 years as an administrative assistant
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and quick learning of Yardi software
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, with a good sense of humor and flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings
