Job summary

Canada Life is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives in Sales Enablement. You’ll work with Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners to bring events and projects to life, delivering on time, on brand and to a high standard.

This role suits an organized, early-career marketer eager to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or related role (internship or co-op considered).
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Comfort with Microsoft 365 and marketing/project management tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing execution.
  • Coordinate development, review and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Gather inputs, track approvals and ensure timelines are met.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, plans and status documentation.
  • Assist with project tracking using tools such as Workfront, SharePoint or similar.
  • Update status reports, track deliverables and flag risks or delays.
  • Coordinate meetings, materials and follow-ups to keep work moving forward.
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day marketing coordination needs.
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing and updating marketing copy and content.
  • Ensure materials align with brand guidelines, voice and plain language principles.
  • Support website updates, email deployments and content publishing.
  • Compile data, reports and insights for review by marketing leads.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and consistency.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives in Sales Enablement. This role will work closely with Marketing Managers, Associate Marketing Managers and cross‑functional partners to help bring events and project initiatives to life, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for an early‑career marketer who’s highly organized, detail‑oriented and eager to build hands‑on experience across a broad range of marketing activities.

What you will do

Coordinate marketing execution

What you will bring

The base salary for this position is between $XX,XXX- $XX,XXXannually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
