Canada Life is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives in Wealth and Insurance Product Marketing. This hybrid role, based in Toronto, offers hands-on experience across campaigns, materials, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with 1–3 years in marketing, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt in a regulated environment. Hybrid work with three office days per week.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives in Wealth and Insurance Product Marketing. This role will work closely with Marketing Managers, Associate Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners to help bring campaigns and programs to life, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for an early‑career marketer who’s highly organized, detail‑oriented and eager to build hands‑on experience across a broad range of marketing activities.
Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto and Winnipeg. This is a hybrid position with 3 office days per week.
The base salary for this position is between $51,400 - 85,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
