Position Description

Creative Content & Graphic Design

  • Craft eye-catching brochures, engaging e-blasts, impactful LinkedIn content, and compelling marketing collateral.
  • Ensure every visual element aligns seamlessly with our brand identity and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to develop attention-grabbing visuals for webinars, events, and trade shows.
  • Refine and polish marketing copy, ensuring clarity, creativity, and precise technical accuracy, particularly for chemical products.

Community Engagement

  • Take ownership of our LinkedIn presence—crafting, scheduling, and optimizing posts to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, transforming insights into actionable strategies for growth.

Prototype Development Support

  • Work closely with our internal labs to create innovative marketing prototypes and demonstration kits that reflect market trends and strategic initiatives.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Play a key role in coordinating webinars, trade shows, lunch & learns, and symposiums.
  • Develop engaging event-specific materials and handle promotional logistics.
  • Lead post-event follow-up activities to nurture leads and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Detail-focused with exceptional organizational abilities to deliver precise, high-quality content.
  • Analytical creativity—combining imagination with data-driven decision-making for optimal campaign results.
  • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Cosmetic Science, or related discipline.
