We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support our expanding team and company.

The Marketing Coordinator is an in-office role responsible for developing marketing plans, contributing to current strategies, coordinating and executing tactics, tracking performance, and suggesting improvements.

Marketing and Administrative Support:

  • Assist with marketing tasks and coordinate activities
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns
  • Write and curate content for email newsletters
  • Prepare marketing materials like brochures and reports
  • Manage company websites
  • Collaborate with Marketing Management on strategies
  • Maintain communication with team members and departments to support marketing needs
  • Share innovative ideas for marketing and lead generation

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Collect data on marketing campaigns and analyze audience interests
  • Report marketing trends to management
  • Provide data upon request
  • Update job knowledge through training and online resources
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment of actions and outcomes
  • Assist with Sales SOP development and execution
  • Support sales and marketing automation strategies
  • Help structure and automate KPI monitoring for sales and marketing roles, working with developers

Preferred Prerequisites:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Infusionsoft, or HubSpot
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience or certification (1 year)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with tools like Photoshop, Canva, or WordPress is a plus

Office Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

Wage: $40,000 per year
