Role Summary :

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the seamless execution of CST's integrated marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and engagement for CST Savings and CST Spark. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Programs, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing programs, campaigns, contests, and tradeshows.

Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Marketing Coordinator ensures that all marketing initiatives are executed on time, on brand, and in alignment with strategic objectives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing :

  • Support the Senior Manager in executing integrated marketing programs and campaigns, from planning to post-campaign reporting.
  • Assist with day-to-day program coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met and projects stay on track.
  • Collaborate on developing agency briefs, creating detailed workback schedules and timelines, and developing a comprehensive partner communications calendar.
  • Help nurture relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration and reach.
  • Support tradeshow planning and execution, including logistics, asset development, and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop a variety of assets (ads, emails, landing pages).
  • Manage logistics and creative development for national contests, including administration and fulfillment coordination.
  • Support the preparation of campaign and program status reports for internal stakeholders, leveraging data analytics to track key performance indicators, measure effectiveness, and provide actionable insights that optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Deliver compelling copywriting and editing for marketing assets - including emails, landing pages, and promotional content - ensuring clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across all touchpoints.
  • Use Jira to manage internal requests and track project progress.

What you bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, or a related role, ideally within the financial services or fintech sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for a variety of creative assets, with a strong ability to craft clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned messaging that engages and drives action.
  • Skilled at identifying issues, proposing solutions, and escalating when needed to ensure smooth execution.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset and a passion for marketing and contributing to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with the financial services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word; exposure to Power BI for data visualization and reporting is an asset.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, email tools, or project management systems (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Planner, Asana) is an asset.
