Job description

MoD is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 3+ years of professional marketing experience to join our clients growing team in the GTA. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from home with regular in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives across digital and traditional platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, print, social, and events).
  • Coordinate content development for marketing collateral, website, blog, newsletters, and social media.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency across all materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Support the management of company social media profiles and presence, including scheduling content and engaging with audiences.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within the GTA market is an asset.
