About the Role :

Clutch is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our Marketing team and play a key role in making Clutch a household name.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Brand Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.

What you'll do :

  • Champion the Brand: Ensure teams follow brand guidelines, support brand audits, and raise flags when guidelines aren't followed.
  • Support Campaign Execution: Manage the distribution of marketing assets and ensure timelines are met.
  • Build and Manage Vendor Partnerships: Maintain relationships with marketing vendors, seek new partners, and negotiate for value.
  • Keep Us Organized: Maintain marketing files, documentation, and asset management.
  • Own and Consolidate Budgets and Invoices: Manage invoices, budgets, and project timelines for efficiency.
  • Coordinate Merchandise Orders: Streamline the ordering process across teams.
  • Competitive Tracking: Monitor competitors and innovative marketing campaigns for team insights.

You'll be great in this role if :

  • You have 1-3 years of experience at a startup, agency, or brand.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree (marketing preferred but not mandatory).
  • You are comfortable navigating fast-paced, changing environments.
  • You are a self-starter and motivated to take ownership.
  • You are eager to contribute and help the brand succeed.
  • You want to have a direct impact on building Canada's next unicorn.
