Responsibilities include providing marketing and graphic production support to the team, ensuring quality and consistency in materials, and collaborating across time zones. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in Adobe InDesign. We are currently seeking a driven, organized Marketing Coordinator for our team located in the Toronto, Canada Office. The individual will be responsible for providing high-quality marketing and graphic production support for Toronto’s office, as well as all Canadian offices, in collaboration with our Canada Marketing Group. The individual must possess exceptional communication skills, organization, efficiency, and attention to detail within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will also present a clear interest in learning about the industry and the nuances of marketing in Commercial Real Estate.
The anticipated salary range (hourly rate) for candidates in this role is $32 – $34 / hr. The final salary offered will depend on factors such as experience, education, and industry knowledge.
This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
