Job summary

Mountwater Capital is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Regina to manage proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. The role includes creating social media content, coordinating advertising with partners, and leading event management for both in-person and virtual settings.

You will handle confidential information, support various marketing activities, and contribute to education and innovation sessions while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Produce eye-catching social media posts and other communication materials while maintaining the brand.
• Organizing advertising with media partners, developing ad copy, and trafficking of ads
• Creating and curating content for social media platforms
• Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
• Carry-out special projects as requested.
• Advertise leasing opportunities in various channels
• Leads Communities in education and innovation sessions
• Lead on event management, including facilities, scheduling, budgets, promotion and registration (in-person and virtual events).
• Support company's overall marketing activities including various social media channels
