As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Marketing & Sales Enablement team, responsible for supporting the execution of our marketing strategy across various channels. Your work will directly contribute to our brand, sales, and customer engagement goals by assisting in the delivery of digital campaigns, coordinating remote client community connection events, optimizing online experiences, and helping drive measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, sales enablement, and business unit leaders to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our brand promise and business priorities. Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Support & Execution
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media.
- Help define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance and optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Support the management of the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, events, and sales initiatives.
- Review and expand platforms required to effectively execute digital campaigns.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign success and optimize strategies.
- Own the digital marketing calendar and coordinate with relevant teams for alignment.
Website & SEO
- Lead ongoing updates of wbm.ca and contribute to the site redesign and launch to enhance persona-based engagement.
- Oversee performance, content, and UX of digital properties.
- Collaborate on SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
- Manage landing pages and conduct A/B testing to support lead generation.
Strategic Content
- Support content creation related to client outcomes, working with the Strategic Content Lead.
- Partner with content and design teams to distribute thought leadership and campaign assets.
- Monitor trends to keep digital presence relevant and engaging.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Manage workflows and email campaigns using tools like HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement on lead nurturing and scoring.
- Maintain data hygiene and segmentation for personalized marketing.
- Align digital efforts with broader go-to-market strategies across teams.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
