Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that elevate the Skyfold brand, support lead generation, and enhance customer engagement across all channels. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives;
• Manage Skyfold’s website content updates, ensuring information is accurate and current;
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.);
• Support the development of sales and marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations, videos);
• Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, industry events, and webinars;
• Coordinate internal communications and support employee engagement initiatives;
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, social media engagement);
• Support PR efforts, including drafting press releases and maintaining media lists;
• Liaise with creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables;
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related;
• 2+ years experience in marketing coordination or similar role.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills;
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CMS, social media management platforms, Google Analytics, email marketing software);
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment;
• Interest in architecture, design, or construction sectors is a plus;
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication ability in both English & French.
• Advanced proficiency levels in both languages is required as this role will be working with customers from all around the world (mostly USA).
