Overview

RAR Litigation is looking for a passionate and talented marketer who plays well with others and wants to join our strategy team. You will be an instrumental part of our team and will work on a wide variety of projects, including advertising coordination, marketing research and planning, website coordination, copywriting, social media and PR, keyword research, brand development, print coordination, and more. Responsibilities
  • Review, edit, proofread written content for email campaigns and website articles.
  • Research further marketing opportunities, including speaking engagements, presentations, article writing, etc.
  • Design visually appealing marketing materials using Canva for various platforms.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain the company website using Sitefinity, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Create and manage social media.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
  • A post-secondary degree/diploma in Business or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role is mandatory. Experienced candidates will be considered for more senior roles.
  • 1-2 years of experience in legal writing is preferred and will place you on the shortlist.
  • A strong writer with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, grammatically correct, and concise written correspondence for reports, marketing plans, and other business communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging content.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects while adhering to timelines, keeping everyone on schedule.
  • Resourceful, inquisitive, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus for website management tasks.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
