Tourism Niagara-on-the-Lake is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and data-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Research team.
In this dynamic role, you’ll work cross-functionally to execute destination marketing initiatives, analyze key tourism data, and help bring to life our unique “Experience Corridors” that define the charm and character of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Collect, analyze, and report on tourism and digital marketing data
Monitor KPIs across Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Assist with integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social)
Coordinate blog writing, content calendars, and promotional assets
Maintain organized digital filing systems and support project documentation
What We’re Looking For:
A diploma/degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or Business Analytics
1–3 years of experience in a related role
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms
Basic graphic design skills (Canva experience is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
A passion for tourism and community storytelling
