Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on managing social media, assisting with campaigns, coordinating with external partners, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement and supporting the team’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets, segmented CRM communications to users, and performance reports.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track performance, execute strategies, and support ongoing marketing optimization.
3. Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms while monitoring engagement metrics and performance.
4. Maintain marketing calendars, track project timelines, and compile performance reports to support team planning and efficiency.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in a marketing or coordination role, preferably within SaaS or digital products.
2. Hands-on experience with social media marketing and CRM communications.
3. Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email/CRM platforms).
4. Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing automation tools.
