Job description
Overview

Marketing Coordinator – Full-time position. Remote (within Montreal reach) | Flexible Office Policy | Salary: $50K/year

You’re the one who notices when a poster is slightly misaligned or when the copy in an ad feels off. You’ve been juggling Canva files, tweaking copy in two languages, and wondering why every platform seems to change its interface just when you’ve figured it out. You’ve learned that projects don’t move themselves, and someone has to set the deadlines and nudges people forward. You’ve experimented with AI tools to make things easier, faster, or more fun. You’re curious, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves to fix a broken link, edit a draft, or redesign a slide deck five minutes before a meeting. You’re ready to apply what you’ve practiced on your own to help connect healthcare workers with the communities that need them most.

About Us Premier Health of America is transforming how healthcare staffing works in Canada. We connect dedicated professionals with the communities that need them most—fast, reliable, and human-centered. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to grow with us. This role focuses on bringing curiosity, organization, and creativity into every task, from managing campaigns to experimenting with AI tools that make marketing smarter and sharper.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate bi-weekly meetings with agency partners and track ongoing marketing needs
  • Manage the marketing project board, set deadlines, and follow up on progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update websites and improve candidate application flows
  • Draft and edit content (English & French) for web, print, and events
  • Provide graphic design support (sales decks, training materials, digital & print collateral)
  • Help organize events (e.g., virtual fairs, info sessions, etc.)
  • Maintain and troubleshoot key marketing tools (Glassdoor, Indeed, Squarespace, etc.)
  • Run simple ads and analyze performance
  • Liaise across teams to ensure marketing supports operational goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual (French & English) written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized & proactive: detail-oriented without losing the big picture, with excellent coordination and follow-through
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and basic troubleshooting, enjoy learning new tools, and want to increase your value in the job market
  • You’re into creating content and design, even if it’s not your main strength. You’re open to trying new things and know when to ask for help. We’re excited to teach you what we know
  • You are curious and tech-forward, proactively exploring and integrating emerging AI tools into your day-to-day marketing toolkit
Why Join Us?

At Premier Health of America, we don’t just fill shifts—we ensure continuity of care where it matters most.

  • Growth through challenge: This role won’t always be easy, but it will push you to grow your skills and expand your impact
  • A small, high-performing team: You’ll work closely with colleagues who care deeply about each other, the agencies we support, and the communities we serve
  • Mission-critical work: You’ll see firsthand how your marketing efforts connect healthcare professionals to the places that need them
  • Innovation-friendly: We encourage curiosity and exploration, especially with new tech like AI
  • Deep-divers welcome: We value people who share their discoveries and elevate the team with new workflows or marketing approaches
Benefits
  • Group health insurance coverage
  • 20 days paid vacation plus 10 additional unpaid leave days per year
  • Education & training budget to support your professional development
