Your Impact:

We’re looking for a resourceful and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our brand and campaigns to life. In this role, you will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day marketing initiatives and contribute to projects that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is a detail-orientated and highly organized professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities and is ready to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and social media channels as needed.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with content creators, designers and external agencies to produce collateral marketing and assets.
  • Maintain and update brand assets, guidelines, and marketing documents to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Maintain and manage the content calendar across all channels.
  • Assist in the planning of events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations.
  • Liaise with industry partners, vendors, and associations to support collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional items for internal and external use.
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for digital and print materials including brochures, newsletters, social media, and website content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Your Unique Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing coordination, event planning, vendor management, or communications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
