Careers at topline farms

Marketing Coordinator – Growth. Creativity. Impact.

About the Role :

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for brand storytelling & marketing that actually makes waves? Topline Farms is on a major growth trajectory, and we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to roll up their sleeves, make an impact, and have a little fun while doing it.

You’ll be the right hand to our Marketing Manager, the go-to support for our Sales & Marketing teams, and the mastermind behind some pretty exciting projects. From trade shows and social content calendars to community events and product launches—you’ll do it all while helping shape a bold, fresh brand presence.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love connecting the dots between strategy and execution, and want your ideas to actually matter—this is your next great move.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Partner in crime on all marketing efforts to fuel the Topline Farms brand and help it flourish

Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for our website and social channels—plus, track how it performs and make it even better

Stay on top of produce industry trends and competitive intel—we want to be ahead of the game, and you’ll help us get there

Design and build branded presentations, sell sheets, and catalog content that actually wows

Work hand-in-hand with Sales & Strategic Marketing to support our partners with new product launches, samples, promotions, and more

Be a key player in building our annual trade show strategy—then bring it to life with your logistical magic (think vendor wrangling, calendar wrangling, budget wrangling...you get it)

Help coordinate community and customer events that leave a lasting impression

Dive into the new product development process and help bring creative, market-ready ideas to life

Support our amazing customers with A+ service via email, phone & mail

And hey—other cool opportunities will come up, and we’ll want your brain on those too

What We’re Looking For :

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency background is a big plus!)

Someone who’s organized, analytical, and can juggle like a pro

Experience with ERP systems (Famous ERP is a bonus!)

You’re fluent in Microsoft Office, and extra points if you’ve dabbled in digital analytics

Comfort with Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and other digital tools

A digital marketing enthusiast who stays current on what’s trending

A team player with creative spark and a drive to grow something meaningful

Perks & Realities of the Job :

Based in an office setting with all the usual gear

You should be cool with lifting up to 50 lbs for trade shows and sample prep

You’ll spend some time at a desk, but your work will go way beyond it

Flexibility is key—we’re a fast-growing brand and things move quickly

Willingness to travel for events and opportunities
