As the Nail Salon Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones. You will collaborate closely with the salon management team to execute innovative marketing campaigns and promotions that showcase our services and differentiate us in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive salon growth and meet revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend studies to identify opportunities and threats.
• Define and implement a comprehensive branding strategy to establish Four Leave Nail & Beauty as the premier destination for nail care services in the region.
• Develop and implement effective promotion and group-buying strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Design engaging promotional materials, including flyers, posters, digital graphics, and advertisements, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to expand brand awareness.
• Create compelling content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns to promote salon services and specials while reinforcing our brand identity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and other marketing activities to enhance the salon’s visibility and attract new clientele.
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or CorelDRAW and familiarity with artificial intelligence software for efficiency improvement.
• Proven experience in video editing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and TikTok.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the beauty & personal care industry and trends is a plus.
• Chinese speaking and writing is an asset.
