Marketing Coordinator

Location:Hybrid - Fredericton, NB, Canada

Job Type: Full-time Casual

ClinicGlide is the platform specifically built to speed up healthcare operations. It’s voice-enabled and automates repetitive, high-volume work.It’s the way to transform your front desk, admin and finance–all in one system.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s energized by the mission of Enabling Better Healthcare. This is a broad role on a small team.Best suited to someone who like variety, touching many elements of marketing, and likes to work at a high pace.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the marketing calendar in coordination with the CEO and team.
  • Schedule and publish frequent social posts using Buffer (or equivalent), across LinkedIn, Facebook Instagram, and other key channels.
  • Write and post ~weekly blogs from outlines provided, ensuring tone, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Edit and publish short-form videos and testimonials using Veed or equivalent. This may include providing the narration.
  • Coordinate graphics and visuals using brand assets, stock photography, and occasional live shoots.
  • Execute direct mail campaigns using platforms like Stan NP or PostGrid -including managing mailing lists, campaign assets, printing, and delivery timelines. (PS – we already have some of these live you can use as a template)
  • Build and deploy landing pages, emails, and light workflows using provided copy/designs. (PS – we use Squarespace, WordPress, HubSpot and Make respectively for these jobs)
  • Write or polish copy for email campaigns, social posts, and web content.
  • Effective use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve the quality and quantity of your work.
  • Monitor results.

README – ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

To comply with our supporting federal funding, you must meet the requirements of the YESS program.

·Demographics: Female, or a youth who faces barriers (See YESS program page for details)

·Age:15 to 30 years old.

·Citizenship/Residency: Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee status.

·Legal Work Status: Legally entitled to work in Canada and the relevant province/territory.

·Out of School: Not currently attending school.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Squarespace, StanNP, Make, Google Analytics, and related.
  • Hands-on experience with customizing website with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Ability to build simple automation flows with tools like Zapier or Make
  • Prior experience in health tech, SaaS, or startup marketing

Growth Path

This role has real potential to grow into a Marketing Manager or Lifecycle Lead position, as we scale campaigns, expand into automation, and grow our content and performance teams. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership and will have a say in strategy, not just execution.

Position Details

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: Post Secondary (preferred)

Experience: Marketing: 1-3 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fredericton, NB E3C 0J1
