Marketing Coordinator

About the Position

The Marketing Coordinator is part of the Marketing team, responsible for enhancing each brand experience through online and offline marketing. This role ensures that signage, campaigns, sales centers, events, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect the company brand.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Research, plan, and execute marketing campaigns, signage, promotional products, and collateral.
  2. Coordinate showhome/suite openings with internal and external vendors.
  3. Ensure consistency in company materials and campaigns.
  4. Copywrite and proofread marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency.
  5. Assist in coordinating marketing and corporate events, managing logistics, vendors, itineraries, and collateral.
  6. Monitor campaign performance through metrics and reporting.
  7. Manage relationships with vendors and internal departments for timely execution.
  8. Conduct market research and analyze trends for strategic marketing applications.
  9. Communicate showhome/suite openings, events, and deliverables to sales and construction teams.
  10. Perform administrative duties such as creating and tracking purchase orders, invoicing, and credit card reconciliation.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Criminal Records Check and clean driver’s abstract required.
  • Manual dexterity for working with computers.
  • Work located at head office with some onsite visits.
  • Occasional nights and weekends for events.
