MARKETING COORDINATOR - MARTIN MOTOR SPORTS

THE ROLE :

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and grow within the company. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. You'll play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing content, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Please note, this role is 100% in office and based in our West Edmonton Location.

  • Develop and execute marketing communication plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and update website content, including new and used inventory listings, business listings, blog posts and current promotions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Parts and Service teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and events such as demo days, tradeshows and clinics.
  • Manage our social media presence, including creating content, developing social ad campaigns, and engaging with audiences.
  • Create compelling content for newsletters and client communications.
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing content, including reels, videos, advertisements and infographics.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts, providing insights for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Stay current on marketing trends and contribute to strategy development.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Powersports and Marine industries.
  • Passion for adventure - we love to have fun on snow, dirt, water and hope you do too!
  • Attention to detail, time and priority management is necessary for success.
  • Organized, self-motivated and driven to learn, develop and grow with us.
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft 365 programs, Canva, Constant Contact, Google, Meta, YouTube.
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
