Silvertip Resort is also Canada's most prominent resort real estate development community. The Silvertip master plan comprises luxury estate lots, condominiums, multifamily units, and resort accommodations, with projected annual real estate sales between $50 million and $100 million. Stone Creek Resorts is seeking candidates to join its marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. This is a great career opportunity for the right person to develop marketing skills. Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support existing programs while helping to develop new initiatives that align with the company's goals. You have extensive experience managing multiple projects, including social media, email marketing, and website content. Content marketing is your greatest strength. You are organized and capable of managing multiple diverse projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. This role will work closely with internal teams to support the delivery of key marketing initiatives across multiple channels for two resorts.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule engaging content and graphics across multiple platforms to support the brand and marketing goals for each resort. Serve as the brand voice by managing community engagement and responding to audience interactions in real-time across varying hours.
- Social Media Performance Optimization: Track and analyze social media performance data. Staying up-to-date with current social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools is essential.
- Digital Advertising Support: Assist in the setup and coordination of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. Basic understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and performance metrics to effectively interpret campaign results and help identify opportunities for optimization.
- Email Marketing: Support the team in planning and executing end-to-end email campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, deployment, and performance analysis. Track data insights and work with the Marketing Manager to optimize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions, ensuring alignment with brand voice and broader marketing goals.
- Website Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate content across all company websites.
- Event/Tradeshow: Support events as needed, including invitations, signage, and event planning.
- Content & Copywriting: Craft clear, compelling copy across social media, email marketing, and websites, ensuring all content aligns with and reinforces our brand voice and identity.
- Creative & Visual Design: Create engaging visuals and graphics for use across digital channels, maintaining brand consistency.
- Liaising with external consultants and freelancers as required.
- Day-to-day use of assigned marketing technology to support marketing activity, including WordPress, HubSpot, Loomly, Canva, and Asana.
- Support the marketing team, assisting in identifying new opportunities.

Knowledge, Expertise and Skills Required
- Solid understanding of key marketing principles and the ability to apply them effectively across channels.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and brand consistency.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for compelling, on-brand messaging.
- Creative mindset with the ability to assess and improve visual and written content.
- Critical thinker with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Technologically proficient in cloud-based tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Loomly, and WordPress.
- Exposure and base knowledge of paid digital marketing platforms including Google & Meta.
- Highly adaptable and self-motivated; able to work independently or in team environments.
- Willing and able to travel to resort properties as needed.
- Proven success in a similar marketing role, supporting multi-channel campaigns.
- Minimum of three years marketing experience.
