We’re seeking a sharp, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for the execution, coordination, and reporting of marketing campaigns for a select portfolio of our retainer clients.
You’ll be the day-to-day lead on assigned accounts, working closely with internal strategists, designers, and performance teams. You’ll need to be hands-on with social media, fluent in omni-channel campaign development, and confident interpreting analytics and transforming them into action.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Manage and execute fieldwork for a group of assigned client accounts
- Develop, schedule, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, website, etc.)
- Coordinate with design and content teams to bring assets to life
Social Media Management & Content Production
- Create, curate, and schedule content for social media across platforms
- Stay on top of trends and engagement strategies
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to create, iterate, and optimize content
Email Marketing & CRM
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns (promotional, nurture, newsletters)
- Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics to improve future sends
Analytics & Reporting
- Read, interpret, and extract actionable insights from campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with the internal team to adjust strategies based on data
Design Literacy
- Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to support graphic content needs
- Collaborate with designers or create quick-turn assets when needed
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
- Have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, or account coordination roles
- Are highly proficient in social media management, omni-channel marketing, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Know your way around analytics dashboards and understand what the data is really saying
- Have a strong sense of aesthetics and design best practices
- Write and communicate exceptionally well in English
- Are resourceful, organized, and proactive
- Love using AI tools to enhance content development and productivity
Bonus Points If You…
- Have agency or multi-client experience
- Are familiar with SEO, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), or paid media coordination
- Are based in Calgary and can occasionally join in-person client or team meetings
