Are you experienced, creative and passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to a dynamic team? We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to directly support our sales team and CEO with branding, online presence, and event planning. This is an opportunity to join an expanding, successful company and work directly with management to contribute to the success of the business.

Responsibilities :

• Support the Marketing Department by assisting in the execution of internal and external initiatives.
• Assist with social media and online content, aligning with the company's branding.
• Coordinate events such as trade shows, podcast schedules, and corporate meetings.
• Assist the sales team in the development of digital promotions.
• Procure assets needed for advertising new products.
• Create online content in the form of videos, photos, and graphic design.

Requirements :

• Post-secondary education in Marketing and Graphic Design.
• Previous experience in onsite and online event planning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools (Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, , YouTube, WordPress, Mailchimp, Webex).
• Experience with podcasts, video editing processes and photography.
• Writing marketing content
• Must be independent and self-motivated.
• Valid passport and flexibility to travel
