  • Write impactful and effective content, including client emails, sales collateral, activity reports, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, and banners to support the sales team and distributors.
  • Create SEO-optimized content, including news articles, social media posts, video scripts, campaign pages, product descriptions, and other sales copy to drive traffic and improve online purchase conversions.
  • Optimize website content (image descriptions, instructions, call-to-action buttons) to enhance engagement and increase conversions.
  • Handle translation, proofreading, and quality control of produced materials.
  • Propose content ideas aligned with sales priorities and organizational goals, actively researching relevant themes and industry insights through competitor analysis, statistics, data, and keyword research.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and communication action plans.

COPYWRITING

  • Write impactful and effective content, including client emails, sales collateral, activity reports, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, and banners to support the sales team and distributors.
  • Create SEO-optimized content, including news articles, social media posts, video scripts, campaign pages, product descriptions, and other sales copy to drive traffic and improve online purchase conversions.
  • Optimize website content (image descriptions, instructions, call-to-action buttons) to enhance engagement and increase conversions.
  • Handle translation, proofreading, and quality control of produced materials.
  • Propose content ideas aligned with sales priorities and organizational goals, actively researching relevant themes and industry insights through competitor analysis, statistics, data, and keyword research.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and communication action plans.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Create and manage online sales campaigns to drive conversions and increase online revenue, ensuring targeted messaging and effective call-to-action strategies.
  • Develop strategies to boost HumanWare's online presence and increase subscribers across digital platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of sales campaigns, web traffic, and sources, assessing results against key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Adapt, schedule, and publish content across various platforms, including blog / site sections (WordPress), product pages (Magento), Magnifier app, Buddy app, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with product managers to establish and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and relevant online communities.
  • Develop and manage multi-platform editorial calendars and seize content opportunities.

Skills

  • University degree in communications, writing, marketing, or any relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in communications or marketing
  • Strong ability to write creative content quickly, in flawless French
  • Excellent writing and editing skills (French and English)
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment
