An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and innovative professional to shape and deliver the organisation’s marketing strategy and communication initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for:

1. Developing targeted campaigns to promote services, new product launches and seasonal offers
2. Establishing partnerships with local businesses, schools and community organisations to increase brand awareness
3. Monitoring, analysing and reporting on key marketing metrics
4. Preparing and presenting monthly marketing reports and recommendations to the senior management team

Qualifications & Skills

To be successful, you will demonstrate;

• 3+ years’ experience in marketing & communications roles.
• A tertiary qualification in marketing or business management
• Proficiency in consumer brand development and campaigns
• High levels of innovation and creativity
• An understanding of digital analytics and data
