Trouw Nutrition is seeking a North America Marketing & Communications Manager to design and implement long-term marketing and communication strategies. You will lead a team of specialists and collaborate with stakeholders in North America and globally. Focusing on the customer journey and engaging with the innovation community to leverage new trends and best practices are critical to this role. Reporting to the Director of Innovation, you will work closely with the CEO, Opco General Managers, Marketing and Communications Specialists, and Product Managers.

About The Role – Driving Innovation and Global Collaboration for Exceptional Customer Engagement

Responsibilities:

  1. Shape our marketing strategy, annual plans, and communication tactics with Species Directors.
  2. Lead a team of five marketing specialists, including digital marketing.
  3. Implement market and competitive intelligence standards and best practices.
  4. Provide leadership in promoting branded products and services, and support dealer network branding.
  5. Manage multi-channel digital communications, assess customer engagement, measure performance metrics, and ensure global team alignment.
  6. Oversee marketing budget, measure and report campaign performance, track data, and adjust strategies based on feedback.

Skills and Expertise -

Qualifications:

  1. BA or Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
  2. Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a commercial or marketing environment.
  3. Experience in agriculture, pharmaceutical, feed or food industry is preferred.
  4. Exposure to Digital, Web, and omnichannel marketing is considered an asset.
  5. English required; French is an asset.
