We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team! This hybrid role combines project coordinating, strategic communications, social media management, and live event planning to drive our brand forward.
You’ll work cross-functionally to lead campaigns, create compelling content, manage timelines, build community online, and execute memorable events - all while keeping our messaging sharp and consistent.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and email
- Craft clear, on-brand content (press releases, newsletters, blog posts)
- Align messaging with the overall strategy and track performance metrics
Project Coordination
- Own timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
- Lead campaign and content calendar development
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors to hit goals
Social Media
- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn & Instagram
- Create and schedule engaging posts aligned with key campaigns
- Monitor trends and metrics, and optimize based on performance
Live Events
- Plan and assist in producing events, including product launches, conferences, and community activations
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, staffing, and promotion
- Ensure seamless execution and post-event reporting
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in events, marketing, and project coordination
- Proven track record coordinating live events and social media
- Ability to track internal cost estimates and assist with budget management
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Monday.com, and social platforms
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
- PMP or marketing certification
- Experience with paid social, SEO, or analytics platforms
- Creative skills (design, photography, or video editing)
