Job description

Working under general supervision, the Marketing Co-op student will provide support for our Wholesale Marketing and E-Commerce businesses. This position will assist in the development, execution and maintenance of several initiatives which includes our loyalty marketing program, various B2B marketing activities including several digital campaigns, and the upkeep of on-line content and assets for e-tailers in Canada.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and continual development of a national B2B loyalty program and its integration with the enterprise CRM. Manage and monitor the Contact Management member database. Administer and run predefined reports to build loyalty insights for program. Assist with the management and deployment of affiliated digital campaigns and communication for platform.
  • Assist with the creation, execution and distribution of all Wholesale collateral including annual literature launches.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to facilitate the creation and/or dissemination of brand, trade and PR asset and sample requests as required.
  • Assist on the administration and coordination of all planned annual tradeshows, merchandising, displays and trade activities and initiatives.
  • Support the commercialization, launch and management of all new products which includes internal and external marketing communications, collateral, assets, samples, forecasting, pricing, channel initiatives and competitive analysis.
  • Provide e-comm support for the maintenance and administration of on-line content and assets for authorized e-tail partners.
  • Assist and provide administrative support to the businesses as needed.
Qualifications
  • Post-Secondary in Marketing or Business (in progress or graduate)
  • Proficient computer and graphic applications (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
