Job description

We are seeking a talented and energetic student to join our Marketing team at the Milton Office as a Marketing Co-Op. The role duration is 4 or 8 months, starting from September 2025, ending in December 2025 or May 2026.

What you will do:

The Co-Op student will report to the Product Marketing Manager and assist in executing marketing projects, supporting product strategies, and contributing to KPIs such as lead generation, product consideration, and sales enablement. You will also help coordinate and implement special projects, including website and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

This role involves working closely with sales, product, and technical teams, and may require travel within the US and Canada.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Executing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product consideration in the US and Canada.
  • Supporting digital tools development for the buyer journey and product education.
  • Liaising with external agencies and content partners to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for cohesive messaging and product launches.
  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs and assisting with reporting.
  • Managing invoice tracking and payments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns, market analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Photoshop and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, Google Analytics, CRM) is beneficial.
