Position Overview

The Marketing & Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and executing marketing initiatives. Your involvement will be critical to the success of our companies, franchise partners and our patients’ experience. You’ll help support global brand initiatives and performance marketing across our group of companies, while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare, franchising, digital growth, and international business operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key support on global business development initiatives, including the launch of international corporate clinics, supporting existing franchise partners, and more.
  • Spearhead strategic outreach initiatives to establish and nurture partnerships and patient referral pathways.
  • Organize and execute events (meals, presentations, etc.) with strategic partners and provincial doctors.
  • Design slide decks and presentation materials for use in business meetings and events.

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist with the execution and success of ongoing lead-generation activities (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Digital Audio and more).
  • Support the launch, execution and optimization of new marketing channels : email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, etc.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses, then summarize and present findings & recommendations.
  • Produce copywriting for our website, advertising, and program development initiatives.
  • Support reputation management through review solicitation, monitoring incoming reviews and responding accordingly.
  • Liaise with our patient experience team to coordinate updates and facilitate ordering of our in-clinic marketing materials.

Data Entry & Analysis

  • Manage the ongoing entry of performance data to provide the team vision on lead conversion and program health
  • Review and summarize historical business data, identifying trends and new business opportunities

Administrative Support

  • Support on general administrative tasks for Pollock Clinics and our global network of clinics.

Salary Range

50,000 - $60,000

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, commerce or a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar role, or a fast-growth company, preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Experience working alongside senior executives preferred
