Job Duties

1. Assist senior sales staff in identifying potential business clients and generating leads.
2. Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
3. Conduct product and service presentations to small and medium-sized business clients.
4. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
5. Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data with accurate and up-to-date client information.
6. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
7. Assist in managing client accounts and following up on sales inquiries or unresolved issues.
8. Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align business goals and strategies.
9. Checking market trends and changes to companies and products.
10. Assist sales and marketing teams on new and innovative projects.
11. Keep up-to-date with new trends and market reactions.
12. Help schedule and organize meetings / manage project timelines.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
3. Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
7. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
8. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail (even part-time or internships) is beneficial.
