Job summary

One Insurance is seeking a Marketing Broker to join our Sales Division. This role works as the primary intermediary between the sales team and insurance companies, supporting renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions across Manitoba.

Reporting to the Regional Lead, Commercial and Farm, you will manage BMS files, gather market responses, and coordinate with Advisors to ensure service and sales goals are met. Hybrid or in-office work options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry with preference for experience in Commercial.
• Experience using Epic or other insurance software and various insurance portals.
• Strong demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer proficiency.
• Must have a Manitoba Driver’s License and ability to travel to all ONE Insurance locations when required.
• Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills.
• Level 2 insurance license preferred.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of risk classes and ability to handle both large and small accounts.

• Maintain BMS client files up to date with current information and organized per the One Insurance file management guidelines.
• Responsible for new business submissions to insurance markets including fielding questions from markets, gathering and organizing market responses and quotes received.
• Responsible for monitoring and alerting Insurance Advisors on potential issues or concerns regarding accounts.
• Working in a team supporting Insurance Advisors when they are away or unavailable.

About this Opportunity:
