Role Summary :

We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Tracking Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team. This role is key to scaling our marketing automation capabilities, optimizing tracking and attribution, and building campaign infrastructure that supports lead generation and performance analysis.

This is a collaborative position designed to work in partnership with our internal Tech and Sales Ops teams. You'll help us bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, with a particular focus on HubSpot , Google Tag Manager , and landing page development .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaign execution across HubSpot and other platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Account Engagement).
  • Build and maintain contact segmentation, lead nurturing flows, email journeys, and list management strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align automation efforts with business and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain clean data hygiene and effective tagging for segmentation and reporting.
  • Own the marketing-side implementation of tracking strategies using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Matomo, and related tools.
  • Create and manage tracking pixels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and define event tracking requirements for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the development team to embed pixels and implement tracking changes requiring code updates.
  • Conduct QA and troubleshooting of marketing tracking to ensure accurate and complete data collection.

Landing Page Content Management :

  • Manage content updates for marketing landing pages using Webflow and / or Storyblok.
  • Partner with the development team for any new components or code-level adjustments, adhering to defined processes.
  • Ensure landing pages are optimized for mobile responsiveness, load speed, and on-page SEO.
  • Support campaign-specific landing pages by ensuring timely and accurate content deployment.

Collaboration on Testing and Optimization :

  • Work cross-functionally to define requirements for future A / B testing capabilities (e.g., landing pages, onboarding journeys).
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and Performance Marketing teams on planning and feature development to support future testing strategies.

Analytics & Reporting :

  • Define key marketing metrics and data requirements in partnership with Marketing stakeholders and the Data team.
  • Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of campaign performance dashboards and reporting views.
  • Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams for data model support and deeper performance insights.

CRM and Lead Management Support :

  • Support lead management processes, including campaign tagging, lead source tracking, and list preparation in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Work with internal teams to define and iterate on lead scoring criteria, with implementation support from Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Ensure marketing touchpoints are consistently tracked and measured across the lead funnel.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Martech, or a similar role.
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, segmentation, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and pixel management.
  • Familiarity with Matomo and additional analytics platforms used across multiple domains.
  • Experience managing marketing content in CMS platforms such as Webflow and Storyblok (content-level only).
  • Experience working collaboratively with development teams on technical marketing implementation.
  • Solid understanding of marketing-to-CRM data flow and lead management best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and campaign management is a strong asset.
  • Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tally Forms and Meta Forms is an asset.
