MoD is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our client’s dynamic marketing team! This role involves leading and optimizing their automation strategy, driving personalized customer journeys, and enhancing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
  • Maintain databases, produce content, and execute campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and analyze experiments and conversion tests
  • Optimize marketing automation programs for peak performance
  • Create documentation, process maps, and reports to support marketing operations
  • Monitor and refine automation campaigns to improve KPIs and business impact

Key Qualifications :

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Over 3 years of experience in marketing operations or production management
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Journey Optimizer)
