Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in managing diverse client accounts across the GTA.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
  3. Demonstrate sales skills by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  4. Act as the primary contact for customers, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
  5. Provide accurate product information and address customer concerns.
  6. Support sales and management teams in developing business strategies.
  7. Promote a team environment based on honesty, professionalism, respect, and inclusion.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and analyze customer needs.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality to connect easily with clients.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team.
  • Customer-focused with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Responsible, proactive, and accountable.
